If you already have experience working in Japan under the Technical Internship Training Program, we will introduce you to Japanese companies that will accept you priority. Even if you have never worked in Japan before, you can receive Japanese language education free of charge at a Japanese language school in cooperation with our company or at our Japanese language school. Flow of job introduction
1. Apply for a job
Please visit our office or fill out the entry form on the job site.
2. Interview from our staff
On the day of the interview, you will be asked to come to our office (Alabang Head Office) to be interviewed by one of our Human Resources representatives. We will consider your experience, abilities, and requirements and introduce you to a job that suits you.
3. Interview from our Japanese Manager
An interview will be conducted by a Japanese manager. If the interview is successful, you will be asked to start your Japanese language training at our Japanese training center.
4. Japanese language training
To work in Japan, applicants will receive Japanese language training. It depends on the status of residence, but basically, the goal is to reach the Japanese language level N4.
5. Interview with a representative from the Accepting Organization.
We will contact you for an interview. On the day of the interview, you can come to our office (Alabang Head Office) or we will conduct the interview online.
6. Preparation of necessary documents
Once you have been assigned, you will be asked to prepare the necessary paperwork for your assignment. Our staff will assist you in the preparation of the necessary paperwork.
7. Pre-Arrival Guidance
Pre-Arrival Guidance on rules of working in Japan and details of employment at host companies is provided.
8. Contract
You and your accepting organization will sign a contract of employment.
9. Seminars on Japanese culture and etiquette
We will conduct seminar on Japanese culture and etiquette for living in Japan
10. Medical check
You will be examined at the hospital to see if you have any health problems while working in Japan.
11. OWWA Seminar
OWWA will conduct an OWWA seminar
12. Corona test
72 hours before leaving the country, we will test you for corona infection.
13. Departure to Japan
As soon as you complete the registration, necessary documents, placement, visa, etc., you will be assigned to an Japanese employer.
14.Employment begins
Once you start working with us, you will be supported by a member of our team. If you have any concerns or problems, please feel free to contact us.
